If you could ask a more specific question it would be easier to help. Have you looked at Shield?

No I have not yet. I am setting up elasticsearch and I want to know how are some of the ways you can secure it.

As Magnus mentioned, Shield would be the best option.

Other options include firewalls and proxies.
