How to Apply Hashmap in Elastic Search Query String Query

I am having an issue as my requirements is to take the fields and text from the hashmap and apply the AND operator and OR operator between the Text and specific fields and fields and text can be multiple.

So anybody can help me to tell what to take steps for doing the fields and text from hashmap and putting into elastic search query with AND , OR operator?
