How to change Filebeat input fileformat to different one other than Apachelog

Hi, I am looking forward to how Filebeat send the data to Elasticsearch (from the example: Apache2 Filebeat with sample log from the below link) and yes I could visualize apache_log through Kibana.
So my input is different now as mention below.

Emp ID Emp Name Salary Location
100 AAA 456456 USA
200 BBB 234523 AUS
300 CCC 334455 IND

Can anyone please help me to achieve this from the existing filebeat.json. Please share me the useful link if there is any.
