Please help How to clean metricbeat index every 30 days without x-pack?

I can see 2 policies in Kibana (7.4) that we have

slm-history-ilm-policy
watch-history-ilm-policy

I dont know the diff and if this is free or part of x-pack but it looks active with basic license.

Can I link my metricbeat to it and will still be working under basic license

Is there away to know what x-pack features is free for basic license and what is not free, I will assume as long as not trail is activated everything is working under basic license is free, which will include index Management and index life cycle management policies right?

Here is a complete list of what features are available in the basic subscription the comparison to other subscription levels and open source.

And yes if you downloaded the stack from the elastic website and do not install the trial license you will be running the basic distribution with all the basic features available to you.

Index lifecycle management is a basic feature.
