The filebeat documents have very less information regarding the configuration of "clean_*" parameter.

Can anyone help me to configure "clean_*" parameter. It will be very helpful

The config depends on your setup. Can you share more details? Also would be great if you could share which part of the docs are not clear for the clean options so we can improve it.

In documentation the below things are not clear for me

  1. What will be the value for "clean_*" parameter ( Is it takes time or boolean or what else )
  2. The working mechanism of clean_*.
