How to connect filebeat to logstash via datapower?

We have a requirement where we need to get data into logstash from filebeat via datapower.
thing happening is :

Filebeat >> datapower >> logstash.

Is there any way to achieve this ?

Does DataPower have a TCP proxy? That might work with the Logstash output in Filebeat.
