How to create a index from _security\user so nonpriv user could view

Hello,

To access _security\user you need full priv. I found _reindex does not work on this. Does anybody know what the best way is to create an index that contains the native users so that it becomes accessable for non priv users?

i was thinking about a watcher, but what is the way to create the new index,
