How to create tree layout query in vega?

Hope you are doing well, I have a problem in creating kibana query for a tree layout visualization in vega. I will send the example of tree layout which I want but I don't know how to edit the query for my requirements. I have an index by the name of 123 and their are alot of fields in that index but I only want two fields in tree layout. The fields are A and B in A field there is only one number and it is repeated but in B field there are many numbers and each of them are repeated. The following is the example of code and my requirements are explained in below image.(the brackets show the repeatition of each number in b field)
