How to deal with 10MB CSV download size limit?

We are using elastic.co cloud service, and having issue with the 10MB size limitation for CSV download.

Questions.

Is there a way to increase the limit for the download operation ?

If there is no way to increase the 10MB limit, is there a way to know that the download operation hit the limit ? So, code can be added to do additional downloads ?

Any other suggestions/advices ?
