How to disable(prune) meta data related fields in the dashboard

I am currently preparing dashboard for my Business Users (who are not used to Kibana) and was wondering if I can disable(hide, prune) some attributes from the dashboard view-ed content.

In the below image if you see, the one in red I would like remove from the dashboard document view, and keep the blue that is relevant to Business.

Is there a way to handle this requirement?

Under Stack Management - Advanced Settings, look for Meta Fields. You can remove the meta fields you don't want to display.
