How to enable TLS 1.2 on Logstash?

I am running a Logstash 2.4.0 using the default configuration. However, it was reported that port 5043 doesn't have TLS 1.2 enabled. Do you have instructions on how to enable TLS 1.2?

Does anyone have instructions or TLS 1.2 is not yet supported?
