I want to get shards allocating time in Elasticsearch when these allocated
How can I get that?

I don't understand. Could you rephrase and may be give an example?

I want to get the change points of shards (assigned, copied or moved ....) in Elasticsearch plugin.
for example, I want to get shards and timestamp information in Elasticsearch plugin when a new shard is assigned.
