How to get the full list of analyzed lemmas of a field

Hi,

I would like to retrieve a set of all the stored lemmas in all the indexed documents in a specific analyzed field in order to work on linguistic algorithms.

I could retrieve the specific field, document by document, but I guess ElasticSearch allows a more optimised method.
