How to Grab props from TopNavigationBar and use it in plugin

I have rendered a data of movies how could I grab these props dataRangeFrom and dateRangeTo from TopNavigationBar in my plugin BM55 so that filtered my movies data manually

the data which is been rendered is stored inside a file it's not from the server
