How to grant read-only permission to AWS Cognito user to access kibana in read-only.
The user should not change anything in kibana.

Am sorry, you would have to post this question to AWS.
But if in kibana you want to create an user with read only access to read all indices, see visualizations and dashboards, but not be able to change any of them for example - you may want to follow this tutorial : Tutorial: Use role-based access control to customize Kibana spaces | Kibana Guide [8.11] | Elastic?
