I have created a dashboard with several panels.
Is there a way to display only a limited set of options to users for all panels after embedding the dashboard into my application?

There are no settings to control options visibility in view mode.
Please feel free to open a feature request on the Kibana GitHub repository with details of your use case and requirements for the team to discuss. To avoid duplicates, it is always better to search for previous similar issues before opening a new one.
