I am quite lost in the documentation for how to implement a language analyzer for all documents in my app search engine.
How can I do this?

Hi Meurling,
App Search does not currently allow you to swap out the engine analyzers for custom built options. Despite this, App Search Engines do support a number of languages out of the box that can be configured during engine creation.
