How to install logstash 5 in Centos 6 X64_86
download the rpm and do a sudo yum filename
I use the RPM package installed, can not be used to service logstash start , in the /etc/init.d directory can not find the logstash file
- You can try to run the logstash binary first.
- If you want to use the RPM, please note that the repositories do not work with older rpm based distributions that still use RPM v3, like CentOS5.
