How to integrate Service now with ELK stack?

Hi ELK Experts,

I want to integrate ELK stack with Service now . So plan is to get data from service now (Ticketing tool ) and display in kiaban dashboard , like total p1,p2 tickets etc. Also I want to open a ticket from Kibana itself , for example if server logs says any service is down then I want to open a ticket in Service now .

Can someone suggest some pointer to my requirement . How I can achieve this ?
