Hi all
logstash data is written to / var / log / messages. This causes the server capacity to continue to grow. Is there a way to prevent this data from being written to / var / log / messages?
Thank you

Logstash itself doesn't log to /var/log/messages. Maybe you can tweak your syslog or journald configuration?
If Logstash is producing any large amounts of logs there's a good chance that it's misconfigured. What kinds of logs are you seeing?
