How to run Elasticsearch 7.10.2 as root user

I know we can not run elastic search as root user but still my requirement is to run Elasticsearch 7.10.2 as root user then how to run it ??

Why not use the standard elasticsearch user?

not allowed to create user on PROD (but nobody is allowed).

I doubt it would work but have never tried. Can you use containers?

No.. I can not use containers.
