How to run logstash perfectly when using authentication in elastic search x-pack

How to run logstash perfectly when using authentication in elastic search x-pack ?
So far we are not able to write/input the data via logstash to the elasticsearch index when running x-pack since we connect the eleasticsearch with the security credential.
