How to see Kibana Dashboard after setup winlogbeat

Can I confirm that you are referring to the example dashboards packaged with Winlogbeat as referenced in the docs? Can you confirm you have the below setting in your configuration?

setup.dashboards.enabled: true

If so you should be able to find the dashboard by searching under Analytics > Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot:
