How to use logstash to get the data from Azure storage or Event Hub

Hi, all,
I am new to use ELK, did some investigation and play with ELK setup locally. And I am now playing with the 14 days trial account with Azure set up as we plan to use this servive. The challenge I encounter here is how to use logstash to get the data from Azure storage or Event Hub. I read quite some user guides, but still did not figure this out. From the https://www.elastic.co/elasticsearch/service/pricing, I see the "Centralized Logstash pipeline management" is supported. But where can I set this up in the trial account to see how it works? I know there is a plugin for Azure event hub, but did not find this plugin in the available plug-in list that can be installed in the trial account.

Can any one help to provide more info or some user guide page I am missing?
