How to use multiple inputs and output same index in Logstash?

I want to output syslog and windows event log inputs into one index.
I can't input with beats (event log) and udp (syslog).
So I input event log in tcp and syslog in udp.
However, in kibana, the event log is broken due to a codec problem.
syslog looks fine without problems.
