When I add filters the discover part in kibana will show me that count is 1297 but ultimately says that I can view only 500 of those docs. How to view all those docs ??
You can configure the number of results returned under Management -> Advanced Settings:

There isn't a way for the discover app to show you all results though, it will always be capped to the limit you define in the settings screen.
You can also save your query as a "Saved Search", and then add this to a dashboard. Once on the dashboard, you can get a paged table showing you all results that match the search criteria.
