Someone modified the dashboard created by me.
Is there someway ,we could figure out who last modified the dashboard.

this is unfortunately currently not possible. Using permission system and spaces in Kibana you are able to lock down editing of items in specific spaces to specific users only, which can help prevent that. But we currently don't track the information of which user modified a saved object. Please feel free to open a feature request for that on GitHub.
