How to write post_filter query/script for inner-hits of nested object

The inner hits definition in the main query doesn't know about your query inside the post_filter part and there therefor doesn't take it into account.
Why don't you move the 'ispresent' query to the nested query inside the main query? Then inner hits can 'ispresent' query take into account
