hello, i want to ask a question about virtualization.
we are using HyperV (Windows Server 2012 R2) , but we are not sure this platfrom officially supported for es.
does anyone know that HV is included in the supported virtualization platform ?

Hi @etelci,

I am not sure what you mean exactly by "supported". All combinations of OS / JVMs / ... that we (Elastic) support with a commercial support subscription are listed in the support matrix. These are the combinations that we regularly test and hence know their characteristics.

Virtualization should be fine though if you don't overallocate.
