I can't start windows service in Windows 10. Errors are:

EventLog[Application] Open() error. No events will be read from this source.
EventLog[Security] Open() error. No events will be read from this source.
EventLog[System] Open() error. No events will be read from this source.

This is interesting. At the end of each line you've pasted here supposed to be a concrete error message.

Could you share the debug logs of Winlogbeat (./winlogbeat -e -d "*")?

I have rebooted the computer and now it Works...
