Hi team, i need to use map to display issues. Is it possible to implement map plugin from Kibana to my custom app?

One approach which works pretty well is using an iframe which loads Kibana inside of your app.
You can put the map on a dashboard and load the dashboard in fullscreen using an URL parameter.
