Import dashboard from json file to version 4.3

is it even possible to import at json file in 4.3 im trying to import this file

This appears to he JSON from Kibana 3. That is not importable into Kibana 4. Kibana 4 has it's own saved object format you can export and re-import.

To recreate Kibana 3 dashboards in Kibana 4, you have to do so manually. We have a couple of tutorials on our blog that should help with that transition: https://www.elastic.co/blog/kibana-4-video-tutorials-part-1
