In 1.7, is there a way to return routing information?

hi.

is there a way in ES 1.7.2 to return routing information about the documents (ie which route/shard...), or a way to return stats about the routes (ie how many docs in each route, how many routes on a shard, which routes on a shard...)?

if not, is there any support for this in ES 2.x??
