Incorrect log field display

From Kibana, I display the following line into log field
2019-06-13T07:32:25.125920106Z stdout F {"time":"2019-06-13 07:32:25,125","log-level":"INFO" ...}
but I want display only {"time":"2019-06-13 07:32:25,125","log-level":"INFO" ...}, because my application print this on stdout. How can I resolve the problem?

When you say: I display the following line into log field which app are you referring to? the Kibana Discover app or on another app?
can you specify how you are currently ingesting those logs? and the configuration used for that?
