Index Management of beats

I am new to ELK. I want to create weekly basis index for each beats. is the below mentioned is good or do I needs to change here anaything?

username: "{ES_USR}" password: "{ES_PWD}"
index: "packetbeat-%{+xxxx.ww}"
setup.template.name: "packetbeat"
setup.template.pattern: "packetbeat-*"
