INFO: Could not find files for the given pattern(s).-kibana

I found this error on windows when I first ran Kibana

 INFO: Could not find files for the given pattern(s).-kibana

 Second error comes from here, but there was no solution at all on the website or online.
  
    Index Patterns 
        Warning No default index pattern. You must select or create one to continue.

I have tried to create a new index, but there is no place to create a new one here:

 http://localhost:5601/app/kibana#/settings/indices/?_g=%28refreshInterval:%28display:Off,pause:!f,value:0%29,time:%28from:now-15m,mode:quick,to:now%29%29

This is the location of Kibana:

 C:\elasticsearch-2.1.0\kibana-4.3.0-windows

If you install the Sense plugin you can create indices via Kibana.
