Install couchdb plugin on mac

I am migrating a project to Mac, and this project needs the elasticsearch
couchdb plugin, I've installed elasticsearch but when I go to my
installation and run
bin/plugin -install elasticsearch/elasticsearch-river-couchdb/1.1.

I get Failed to install elasticsearch/elasticsearch-river-couchdb/1.1.,
reason: failed to download out of all possible locations...

Is there some particular place I can download it from, and if I download it
myself how do I tell it to install the one I download instead of going to
look for one? OR is there somewhere I can edit the information to tell it
exactly where to look for the one it has to download? (which I guess could
amount to the same thing)

Thanks,
Bryan Rasmussen

Well it says
Latest stable release of elasticsearch is 0.20.5http://www.elasticsearch.org/download/2013/02/14/0.20.5.html.

in the installation instructions for elasticsearch
master has version 0.20.0 where is 0.20.6 at?

hmm, actually it looks like I got the plugin installed now when I tried
again. maybe there was just a network problem before.
