Is it possible to installed Elasticsearch on a shared web hosting such as Hostgator or Bluehost?

I don't believe those sorts of providers do that, but you would need to ask them to be sure.
Then I would assume that there is not installer for the purpose. cPanel does not have or Softaculous does not have the installer.

Yeah that'd be the likely place for it to be showing if you could install it.
