IP2Location LITE and Logstash

It looks like Logstash is supporting GeoIP. However, we would like to use the free IP2Location LITE database in Logstash.

Is there any 3rd party plug-in available?

This is the filter using GeoLite2.

I'm looking for filter using IP2Location LITE which I found the accuracy is higher.

I don't know that, but it'd be an interesting process

https://maxmind.github.io/MaxMind-DB/ seems like it could be a good starting point.
