Is it possible to for winlogbeat to send original raw logs?

For management reasons I need to ask: Is it possible to send the raw windows log (xml or text uncooked) via winlogbeat?

Yes. Please see include_xml: true in Configure Winlogbeat | Winlogbeat Reference [8.9] | Elastic.
