Can i use logstash input snmp for traps?

Which below vendor MIBs works without coverting to .dic format?
Cisco, Fortigate, juniper, paloalto .

input snmp supports v3 snmp. use it to poll snmp.
snmptrap, based on the docs , requires an mib map file in yaml format.
