Logstash-input-snmptrap and vendor mibs import

Hello
Is there any "official" way to translate vendor mibs to yaml files suitable for snmptrap input?
I seem to remember there was some script to convert them in the plugin folder, but i cant find it and there is no mention of it inside official docs.
