Assuming you're talking about the snmptrap plugin, could the yamlmibdir option be what you're looking for?

Dear logstash, /opt/logstash/vendor/bundle/jruby/1.9/gems/snmp-1.2.0/data/ruby/snmp/mibs containts a venerable treasure trove of pre-converted YAML MIBs.
