Is the Sense Plugin for free?

Hello everyone,

can I use the Sense Plugin everytime for free, also if I use it commercial?

Someone said that i can use it for free only for development and after publishing, i have to pay for it.

Can you please tell me what's right?

In Kibana 5, it's part of the CONSOLE which is built-in in the open source solution. Under Apache2 License.

Sense plugin (ancestor of CONSOLE) is available under Apache2 License here: https://github.com/elastic/sense
