Is there any way to ignore the Split metrics by in metric to include the second metric of sum

Ho exclude the Split metrics by from second metric i just want a sum off itemCount
i have the field which has the value of that.

right now if i include the second metric i will also be splitted as split metric by is on

any guidence on this or is there any other way to do it
