Is there a way to iterate over suggest results? Sometimes I get a lot of results for a search query and I would like to be able to iterate over them. Suggest provides way to restrict the size of the returned results but there is no 'from' field which I could use to browse through suggestions. Is it possible to do it somehow or should I use substring query for this?
