how did you install Elasticsearch? also, which tap did you use? or none at all?

Thank you for your reply
I used brew install elasticsearch and i was not use tap.

this looks an issue with the elasticsearch package in brew, I'll see how to fix this upstream, once this worked.

You can try using the official elastic tap in the meantime, see https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/7.3/brew.html (this also includes a newer version)

I uninstalled previous elasticsearch and then I installed using brew install elastic/tap/elasticsearch-full

But the output is:

home$ elasticsearch Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Option UseConcMarkSweepGC was deprecated in version 9.0 and will likely be removed in a future release. can you uninstall again, delete the /usr/local/etc/elasticsearch and install again? maybe there is special brew command for that, but this should work.

hm, the gc.log error will not stop elasticsearch start up, so this must be something else. If you do not rely on the data, can you run rm -fr /usr/local/var/lib/elasticsearch to delete any previously stored data?
