JDBC input plugin with custom type?

The mapping type becomes single per index and introduced "custom type" to simulate the mapping type since Elasticsearch version 6.x, then can we create custom type by JDBC input plugin in Logstach?
I have to input data in two tables to the same index in Elasticsearch as I want to use the parent-child relation.
