Hi, My team is working to develop some reports and visualizations in (self-managed) Elasticsearch/Kibana about tickets in Jira Cloud. We can successfully see the content of our tickets in Workplace Search and in ES indices, but notice that only the current status of tickets is available. For our application we need to be able to see the complete status history of a ticket. Can you tell me if the Jira content source supports the synching of the status history to Elastic Stack, or just information about the current status? If the entire history is possible, then what might be preventing us from seeing it? Or what settings would we need to enable? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running into similar limitations where I only seem to get ticket creation, deletion, and file attachment events.
I'm not seeing other changes such as modifying the Issue Type which I'd like to key off for my KPI dashboard.
No unfortunately we did not figure the issue out.
