I have copied jolokia-war-1.6.0.war in Tomcat 7 and in metricbeat modules.d when I try to change jolokia.yml and restart metricbeat it stops is there anything that I miss

If metricbeat unexpectedly stops it should print some error in logs, could you check? To investigate the problem further it can also be useful if you could share the jolokia.yml configuration you are using.
